Reston Eye Associates offers comprehensive eye care with a wide array of services.  Some of these are listed below:

• Cataract evaluation and surgery
• Diabetic eye exams
• Glaucoma screening and treatment (both medical and laser)
• Macular degeneration screening
• Plaquenil screening
• Routine eye exams
• Vision services – glasses prescriptions, contact lens fittings & orders (soft contact lenses only)

NETWORK PARTICIPATION

Many health insurance plans, including Medicare, are accepted.  We do not participate with any vision, United Healthcare or Medicaid plans.  Patients are always responsible for confirming network participation status with their insurance plans since these are subject to change.

• CareFirst (BlueChoice) PPO (but not HMO and some POS plans)

• Johns Hopkins HealthCare (JHHC)
• Johns Hopkins HealthCare (JHHC) Medicare Advantage

• Mail Handlers Benefit Plan, aka MHBP

• Tricare Prime or Tricare East Prime
• United Healthcare (UHC)
• United Healthcare (UHC) Medicare (a Medicare Advantage plan)
• Vision plans (such as Davis Vision and VSP)
